blog seems to be inactivated?

  hi, i have been quite busy over the last 3-4 months with a prac for my degree, and when i was free enough to update my blog, i keep seeing it say i dont have a site yet. i do! i have had it for nearly a year. what has happened and why can i no longer post blogs/updates? what can i do to continue?
