Blog set to Public but shows as protected

    Hi, I have my blog set to Public but when applying for WordAds or sharing my posts on social media, it asks persons to log in as the post is protected. I don’t understand. Can anyone help me please as I’m not getting any traffic either? My site is tactaniumpublicationsuk.wordpress.com

    Hi tactaniumpublicationsuk,

    I am adding “modlook” tag in the sidebar, please be patient a staff will assist you soon.

    By adding a “modlook” tag in the sidebar you can get a staff to reply to your question.

    Can you please give me a link to a post or page that you shared on social media that showed the post as protected? Also please let me know on which service you shared the link.

    As for WordAds, you won’t be able to apply using a free sites – to apply for WordAds your site must have a custom domain connected to it, and you’ll need one of our paid plans to connect a domain.
