You’re posting into the WordPress.com support forum but your site isn’t hosted on WordPress.com servers. If your BlueHost-hosted site is using the WordPress.org software then you need to register an account at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ as there are many differences to the available themes and how the two WordPresses operate. There may even be a forum there specific to the theme you are using.
