Hi phmuller626,
What is the URL of your blog? If you provide us this information, we would be able to understand your problem better. -
Hi Carladoria,
There is no blog URL since I can’t even get to that part. Created an account and was following the steps to create my blog but it seems to get hung up at the step. It says “almost done!” after I’ve selected the template I want, blog name/URL, and package that I want then … nothing. It never actually finishes and creates the blog. Tried to set-up with different templates, premium package, with mail/no mail option and the same thing keeps happening. Also tried using a different browser but got the same result.

Provided you are not trying to register a deleted blog URL as they cannot be recycled, you ought to be able to register as many blogs as you want to under the same username account and associated email address. https://en.wordpress.com/signup/ And, in order to map to a domain you must register an underlying .wordpress.COM blog URL first.
I typed modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Then please subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond. What is the .wordpress.COM URL that you are trying to register?
Please provide this info:
(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
(b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/If you are experiencing an issue with Chrome, while you are waiting for a Staff response you can download and use another browser here http://browsehappy.com

Hi @phmuller626, we’ve found and fixed a problem where new blogs couldn’t be added if the custom domain had a hyphen. Can you try again now?
