  I know, it’s annoying when the internet just isn’t the instant provider of kitteh photos, isn’t it?

  The error you are describing is fairly common, and has nothing to do with WordPress. It is usually either browser or internet connection related. The fact that you are posting here indicates that you are able to connect to WordPress.Com.

  So let’s look at your browser, particularly the cache. There is a handy help page that addresses browser troubles, and i expect you will find the solution in one of the suggestions there.
