Blog shut down … 17 years of blogging destroyed without a warning

1st: in preparation of a new blog post for tomorrow I noticed in the desktop version that the whole site is gone in my dashboard.
Just dissapeared completely, while in the Jetpack app the former posts are still there ??????
2nd: I am shocked, having noticed today that this blog site which I setup in 03/2006 for the (non commercial) promotion initiative IMC – India meets Classic and its monthly radio shows about Indian music culture is being shut down completely.

Neither via email nor on the dashboard (I use mainly the Jetpack editior on Android tablet) with a link having received a warning in time to correct, re-edit eventual copyright issues.
The last publishing with a new blog post was on 10th July 2023. Since then I have not received any warning.
The shut down of the website has tremendous negative side effects and damages !!!!!!
Tomorrow, Sunday 11:00 pm is planned another regular radio broadcasting in Austria, on following Monday another radio show in Switzerland.
Since now more than 17 years monthly broadcastings of educational formats in different countries (Austria, Germany, Switzerland) the blog counts more than 500 million visits. All just gone ????
I own different Facebook groups and pages, the blog content is being republished (program announcements) with user numbers in the size of 6 figures.
Summary:
– The blog exists already since 03/2006 with zero issues so far as one of the wp.com pioneers as WordPress had been being founded in autumn 2005.
– The content management as such follows strictly international laws, so far implementing image or video plugins such content has been used with permission, naming the sources and so far possible redirect with a link/URL.
– All blog text and radio content has been created on my own 100% as cultural journalist and as soley copyright owner.
– The name creations, IMCRadio.net (as domain) and IMC – India meets Classic logos are inhouse designs I own 100% intellectuaal property since 2005, too.

With different radio stations exist since more than 1 1/2 decades annual contracts for monthly broadcastings, for now with 108 broadcasting dates per year. – Part of these contracts are PR services as such the blogsite is part of.
Today I sent a direct message to the WP support giving a 24 hr deadline to bring the site back.
Hope it wont become a court trial … to be treated by WP in such disrespectful way after 17 years without any single ussue is ridiculous.

- How can I refer to an incident I have nothing in hands than a notice on the front page of https://imcradionet.wordpress.com ???
- As I wrote … see upper post, I have not received an email with a warning.
- As I wrote … see upper post, I dont have a notice in the specific dashboard as the whole site is gone in my wp account. (Rec.: I have a central wp admin account from where I manage different wp blog sites like World of Trimaran Enthusiasts or My SanRenSei Blog .)
