Blog site access – how to pay yearly premium fee

  I am 36 days overdue to pay my premium for upgrade to http://www.sandyshopefulroom.com. How to I go about paying this?
  Also, I have not been able to log into my site and post anything on my blog for months. Everytime I click on My Sites, it tells me I have no sites. . .what gives and how do I fix it???
