    Hi look I already have a blog with you I really don’t want the new one I contacted [redacted by staff] and talk to Mr. Andy who is one of your experts my orginal blog is named the same if you grant me permission to restore it I can pay you today. my first blog is posted all over the media I’m happy about that but I put so much work into it from the heart I like to reopen it. will you guys call me [redacted by staff] Ms. Thompson . my son, mother, dad, last my husband died back to back I was a mess but with help Im back to my old self help me , call me .my old email and info I have but idont use it no more that computer is gone by me going to college they have donated a new one, my first blog was on your free page I can pay the $4or $8 dollars a month I just need my other blog restored please.

    Wordpress.com doesn’t have phone support, so you must have called I don’t know who.
    What is the URL of your site so we can see on what platform it is running.

    @gospelprayerpower379, I’m afraid the number you called was not WordPress.com.

    As @staartmees mentioned, we do not provide phone support as many of the issues we discuss with users require frequent reference to web links, and that is much easier to do on live chat and email.
    The company that you have talked to is in no way associated with us.
