blog stalking and nasty comments

I am being stalked! The person who is doing this is sending me insulting and indecent comments, which I of course review and dispose of in the spam, but I want to know if it is possible to block this person completely!

You don’t have to post any comment submitted on your blog. Delete troll posts and mark only spam as spam. Just keep your blogging cool, delete them and move on. Do not mark them as spam because doing that is feeding false information to Akismet the spam filter.
We cannot block or delete subscribers from public blogs. Everyone on the internet can view and follow any public blog. That is in fact what the public designation means.
