Blog statistics area saying that two of my drafts have been opened in Email

    I’m very concerned and am hoping someone can help me with this. I’ve recently noticed that on the daily/weekly statistics page for my blog, there is an Email stats section at the bottom of the page.

    Over the last few days it’s been saying that two of my draft posts have been received and opened in Email. When clicking for more info it’s showing it as being opened in the Netherlands. I’m very concerned about this as neither post has been published, so how can my drafts have been received in an email?

    My follower list is also not currently showing any email subscribers, just followers who I presume have subscribed through WordPress reader. Any idea what is happening here and how to stop it? Is there a glitch in drafts? I’m the only admin for my site as well.

    Hello again,

    We’ve been investigating the issue you reported and found the bug that caused your stats to show your drafts were opened in email. I can reassure you, nobody was able to see your drafts. The stats caught, by error, one of the emails we sent you, reminding you of an unpublished draft. The issue was fixed so this shouldn’t happen in the future.
