blog statistics freezes for the second time

My blog statistics do not count the visitors. This happens for the second time between august and September. a week ago they started to work again and display the visitors in statistics, but today they stopped again. I can see that google.com sends around 400 to 500 visitors a day. when the statistic counter freezes I cannot see them in statisitcs. Is it a problem with my blog/theme or the server?

Can somebody from wordpress support team verify statistics on the server? My account counts 68 visits for today (from 1900 average daily before). Google confirms sending more than 500 visitors daily… there is a problem with statistics module and the theme – the theme also changed and do not appear completely. thanks for your help

Yes – through google webmaster tools and bing webmaster tools I can see that the minimum of visitors should be 500.
I also noticed that the theme I use are not displayed correctly and that the counter (stats widget) at the footer do not appear – better there is no footer displayed: I use Greyzed as theme.
The first time I get this problem with stats and theme was on August 16th until September 2nd – on September 3rd it works perfect (stats between 1500 and 1900 daily accesses and theme shown correctly) on September 11th the same error again – the stats counter display (and counts only) approx. 50 visitors daily and the theme do work correctly – also changing the theme the problem consists.
Maybe the is a problem with the server?
