  My problem may not be solvable.

  I upgraded and by accident created a second site with stats. Both have the same name. How can I fix this so that my stats will not only work but reflect my entire history?

  Upgraded? If you’ve upgraded wordpress software, you need to be at the wordpress.org forums.
