  Hey everyone,

  I just set this site up for a paintball field I own. I know for a fact of a few friends viewing the site to take a look at it and give suggestions but yet my blog stats still say that I have had 0 views. It has been over 24 hours.

  Does anyone know how often these stats are updated? Or perhaps why mine are not registering?

  I would like to make sure I have an accurate count of visits working before I begin a marketing campaign so I can perhaps get some local businesses’ ads on the page.

  We can’t answer questions without a link to your blog, starting with http. Also, paid ads are not allowed on WordPress.com

  Thanks for the information. I did not know about either of those, glad to hear that before I make the mistake. Guess I assumed since the Google ad’s are ok that the other would be too.

  That is not a WordPress.COM site, it is a WordPress.ORG site and as such, ads are fine. But you are in the wrong forum, and need to be over at http://wordpress.org for those kinds of blogs; they work differently from ours.
