Blog stats and mailing lists–how can I make practical use of them?
-
I recognize that I have 220 blog followers and 39 WordPress followers–though I’m not entirely clear on what differentiates them–and I get ‘new follower’ auto-messages regularly. But is there a way to access the list of e-mail addresses where my posts are automatically sent? I’d occasionally like to send a private message to subscribers only.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To locate your wordpress.com subscribers including publicize followers use this link https://wordpress.com/my-stats/?blog_subscribers
Yo locate email only subscribers use this link https://wordpress.com/my-stats/?blog_subscribers&type=email
Here our subscribers control theorize own subscriptions and the frequency of receipt of posts. We cannot subscribe/unsubscribe on behalf of others or control frequency of receipt of our posts. We cannot upload email address lists.
IMPORTANT Note: When followers or commenters provide an email address for a specific purpose such as following a blog and receiving posts when published or submitting comments we cannot use that email address for any other purpose. In fact, doing that in Canada is against the law.

You can create a page and clearly state on it that you intend to harvest email addresses if that’s what you want to do. http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/
You can add and customize a contact form with multiple fields, change the email address where you’ll be notified, and mark feedbacks as spam from your dashboard on that page. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
