Blog stats not working in .org from .com

  I have a number of blogs hosted internally on .org. And to implement the stats feature for each user, I’ve created a .com account. But, the stats have been flat for a month. I know that we’ve received traffic to the blogs. But, the stats don’t reflect any traffic at all. Each blog is linked to the .com account using the same API key. What am I doing wrong?

  I don’t have a .com blog, so the support function won’t allow me to register my problem. the only reason I have a .com account is to get the stats on my self-hosted .org series of blogs.

  Help!
