Blog still doesn't show up in the Reader

  My blog still does not show up in the Reader. I have looked at the related forum topics and have found nothing to indicate that an error on my part, with tagging or categories, is to blame. I use under nine tags/categories for each of my posts, and no more than that. My blog is not mature, and I have never posted anything remotely offensive. I would appreciate a response, as well as some actual assistance in the resolution of this ongoing issue. Thank you.
