Blog stuck in between wordpress.com and wordpress.org

  Acceleratedstudynotes was created in wordpress.com. We bought a domain off wordpress.com and we are still paying for it. But the problem is that on the dashboard, we are no longer able to access the option to change domain details, to unlock the domain so we can fully transfer the blog to a self hosted host. Currently the blog files are on bluehost, but the domain name is with wildwest domains, which I believe is wordpress.com’s domain name provider.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, the domain acceleratedstudynotes.com is connected to the site acceleratedstudynotes.wordpress.com, and the dashboard is accessible here:

  https://acceleratedstudynotes.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  Once logged in, head over to Store > Domains to manage the domain:

  https://acceleratedstudynotes.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

  Full instructions for accessing the domain manager are here:

  Keep in mind that only the user who purchased the domain can manage its DNS. Since the user nobodyrandom is neither the domain owner nor an administrator on this site, you won’t be able to access it. The domain owner will need to log in on their user account in order to get to the domain manager.

  Even with this account that bought the domain can not access the site, when going to the dashboard of wordpress.com link I get this error message:
  User aaronhowtolearnanything Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested

  You are logged in as “aaronhowtolearnanything” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “Accelerated Study Notes”. If you are not “aaronhowtolearnanything”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “aaronhowtolearnanything” and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.

  By the way, both nobodyrandom and aaronhowtolearnanything is a site admin with top most privileges.

  Hi there, the users aaronhowtolearnanything and nobodyrandom are not users on the site acceleratedstudynotes.wordpress.com.

  The domain acceleratedstudynotes.com was purchased by the user efficiencyhacks.
