  I want to use the blog subscription widget, but it doesn’t show up in my “Widgets” page. How do I get this?

  That widget is currently only available on WordPress.com sites. Your site is actually a self-hosted installation of WordPress.org.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate platforms and we have more information about the differences in our support docs.
