Blog suddenly disappeared! "Connection refused by server" error.

  My blog (including my wp-admin dashboard page) are no longer available. This has happened all of a sudden, and I don’t know why. The error is that the server rejected the connection. The blog is hosted by WordPress and was working fine until yesterday. Please help.
