  For some reason, whenever I try to add a certain blog (http://morninggray.wordpress.com) to my friend surfer, it doesn’t seem to be added. While other blogs do. What’s the problem?

  It’s marked as private. You can’t add it in.

  Where one changes that setting? And if it’s private, how can people view it?

  The blog admin has to change it’s setting. Dashboard -> Options -> Privacy. The blog admin also has to add in the viewers themselves. They have that option on the same page.
