blog suspended

Hi, I am so confused. I had an alert on my blog that support was concerned about the content on my blog. I emailed support. Support said he could did not see any problems and the alert would be deleted. I thought great!! I paid for the upgrade so I could customize the css. Today I try to logon to my blog and there is a message saying it has been suspended. Everytime I try to go to support it says “support is closed” I have no idea what to do. I would like my blog back. If that is not possible, I would like a refund of the upgrade since I can not use it. Any advice?

I can see the blog linked to your name. If it’s a different one, support is open and you can contact them with the tab in the upper right of your dashboard to discuss it privately.

It’s back – but use the Report as Spam on the right of the admin bar to send a note as there is something to be discussed.
The Report as Mature/Spam are open 24/7

Thanks ellaella. the blog that is suspended is frugal1stopmom.wordpress.com. I tried going to support by clicking the tab in my dashboard and it still pops up that support is closed.
