  Hello

  I have received a message from another blogger saying that she can not have access to my blog due to this:

  The blog has been archived or suspended for violation of terms of use. You should check it out.

  Can you help me on this issue? I’ve been able to post and I’ve received comments from other bloggers as well.
  Did I do something wrong?

  I can’t change the primary site URL, it doesn’t let me do it.
