I want to know why my site was suspended without any notice? It was working fine yesterday and now I can’t even access my dashboard. Please help!

You had a blog on a site called tu18.co, and they seem to have not renewed their hosting at Bluehost. Best guess, this was via a University. Maybe contact the place that issued the site to you for more information?
WordPress.com hosting isn’t related to that error message, as this is a host. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
