blog suspended – blog is now deleted – still cant create new blog!

    ok here we go, third time’s the charm…
    i try to create a new blog but it says i still have a blog that is suspended
    I have DELETED that blog. it no longer exists in any way shape or form.
    yet i STILL CANNOT create a new blog? what is the point in this website telling me to follow steps only for it to not allow me to create a new blog like it said.
    please.. let a human respond!

    Hi! If your previous site was suspended, the system won’t let you create a new site until your account is cleared.
