Blog Suspended for No Reason

  My blog http://suffolkwebdesign.wordpress.com/ has just been suspended; I don’t know why as I have never knowingly done anything wrong. I cannot find any email message to say this has happened.

  When I try to log in, I can’t as the site is suspended therefore I can’t get to the dashboard to send a message.

  Is there anything I can do about this? I have owned the blog 2-3 years and this has suddenly happened. It just seems to be some black hole with no warning, no explanation, no means of putting things right and no means of help.

  Would be grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction.

  I’m sorry but this is not a matter for posting to a public forum. We Volunteers answering support questions have no role to play in this process. This is between you and Staff. You have a warning notice with a link in it — please click that link as it works at all times (even when the regular contact form is closed).

  If you have already contacted Staff by using the “click here to contact us” link in the notice, the ToS department definitely received your request. Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.

  if you cannot reach your dashboard you can email Staff using this email address with the spaces removed support @ wordpress.com
