Blog Suspension

I would like to know when the staff at WordPress will get back to me about this insane blog suspension. I’m certainly disappointed that you suspend blogs without discussing the matter first or even trying to work the matter out. Moreover, how does one correct the matter if I can’t even find out the problem or get access to my own posts. There is nothing particularly offensive in my blog nor am I trying to sell products or anything of the sort. I would at least like the chance to be able to retrieve my pictures (many taken with my own camera) off the blog. When will someone get back to me. I’ve responded to the link on my dashboard three times so far and still nothing. You were quick to suspend me but have not been quick to respond back.
