Blog Suspension

  Hi,
  Our blog was suspended a few minutes back, the URL leads to a page stating the polkacoffee.wordpress.com is no longer available and has been suspended for a violation of ‘Terms of Service’. On the dashboard the link leading to ‘User Guidelines’ does not mention a reason for suspension that most likely applies in this case.

  Can someone please help with the following:
  Any other possible reasons for suspension except content
  Timeframe it generally takes to get a response and hopefully get suspension lifted
  Someone to reach out at wordpress with whom we can coordinate this problem faster

  Hi there. The message on your dashboard also contains a link you can use to contact the ToS staff about this, as we cannot help you with a suspended blog in the support forums.

  I have written on that link as well and posted here upon not receiving a response, was hoping someone who may have faced this issue in recent times may be able to enlighten me regarding the timeframe it would generally take to resolve this issue

  This is a problem between WordPress.com & you and is not subject to discussion in the forums, sorry.
  Be patient while waiting.

  As I said, we can’t help you with suspension and Terms of Service issues here. Can’t, as in we are not allowed to discuss those matters in these forums. If you’ve filled out that form, you need to wait for staff to contact you. How long it will take depends on how much of a backlog there currently is and whether it will be resolved depends on why your blog was suspended in the first place. There’s no more help we can give you here.
