We made a big mistake last night – I am really sorry about this.

If your blog is suspended, send an email DIRECTLY to support@wordpress.com.

I will answer all such emails, along with 499 /498 errors.
Emails not to do with the above will not be answered.

I apologise for the trouble and I am doing what I can to ensure it does not happen again.

Mark, just to let you know… don’t know if it’s connected or not, but some people I know had problems viewing some WordPress blogs using Fireofox yesterday… no problems with Safari or IE, just Firefox.

There has been some issues across the Atlantic earlier. One of the major providers broke something.
That is fixed.

All blogs I know of are fixed.
If you know different please post here – I am here and I will fix.

We know that it is normal that sometimes there are unavoidable circumstances due to technical problems that may occur on your system or servers and we understand that, and we know you are working on it. I hope Bro Eli’s blog will soon appear on wordpress again. Thanks for your wonderful site. It really helps a lot, specially in us (in religious sector) specially in the propagation of the Word of God. Thank you very much, God Bless you and your Families.

can anyone help me? my blogs are suspended. http://angelicaambos.wordpress.com and http://aovoutsourcingservice.wordpress.com. My two blogs are in the same user account. I can’t login to the first one which is my personal blog and the other one shows an account suspended or archive page.

What kind of error do you get when you try to log in? Does it just go to WordPress.com, do you get the blue admin bar, can you go to your Global Dashboard?

I see the first one just fine.

yes.. you can view the first one.. but i can’t do a thing on it. can’t edit it… or even go to the dashboard.

I’m not staff; the best way to contact them is via the Support button on your dashboard during office hours, 9-5, M-F, PDT. But it seems to me that the second blog is offering services, ie making a pitch for business, and that’s not allowed under the Terms of Service. You can blog about an industry or issues in business, but you can’t say “here’s what we can do for you in exchange for money” on a WP.com blog.

Since it’s a suspension, they might respond to an email to support at wordpress dot com. They normally only respond to emergencies outside of office hours. But your personal blog doesn’t look like it should be suspended, when I check it out. Looks fine, although that is just my opinion.

You might want to make the latest post on your personal blog a draft until this is resolved, so it isn’t directing people to a dead site (once you can get back in, that is).

It is also possible that there have been no breaches of ToS and that it’s just that bug striking again. As you can see from the thread, many blogs went down.

Yah, my second blog features services that my company is offering. but i never thought its a breach of TOS. :( I’m so sorry for that… I could edit the post if only they will allow me to login.
