Blog tells me I don’t have premission to add a catagorie

I have about 10 catagories in my catagories box. Well i decided to add another one and it says I don’t have premission to do that. Any Clues? I never had a problem before.

Have you tried force clearing your browser? Sometimes this is helpful.
Windows – IE or FF – crtl-F5
Macs – FF- Cmd-Shift-R
Linux – F5
