  Hello, I’m trying to get a blog set up for my dad and we found the blog http://www.scottberkun.com/. We were unable to figure out what WordPress.com theme they are using, but we know they are using WordPress as we found it in one of the WP.com news articles. My question is, how can I build a blog with a theme similar to this one?

  That is not a WordPress.com blog but a WordPress.ORG blog, and the theme is not available here.
