  Hello

  I have tried to go to settings to find the general option but there isnt one! I want to change my blog title please, I just can’t do it please help!

  The Settings->General option exists. Do you see, on the main Dashboard page, the list of names and/or icons in a vertical sidebar on the left? The last one is Settings. Under Settings there are lots of sub-pages. You want General.
