Blog title change not registering for followers

    I have changed the title of my blog to my name instead of reading ‘Welcome’ in the title. On signing up to follow my blog user receives an email saying you are now following ‘Welcome’. I want this to say you are now following ‘Dymphna Terzoli’ – how do I do this?
