  Hello, is there a way to edit the blog title link without editing the themes php script. Thanks

  There is no way to edit the URL on any free hosted WordPress.com blog. We don’t have access to the php and we bloggers cannot edit templates or themes on this multiuser blogging platform. See here for changing a URL http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
