Blog Title/Meta Data/Text is Flush Left

Hello! I just started my website and blog at
teachingheartandsoul.com
My home page and my connect page I was able to edit with elementor, but I don’t think I can use elementor on my posts page or on my posts. That’s fine, but my posts page and my posts have the title of page, the meta data, and the text flush left. I want there to be space between the side of the screen and any of these words. I’m uncomfortable adding code, so I’m hoping there’s a setting I can get to to fix this.
I don’t have this problem on my home or connect pages because I edited them with elementor. However, I cannot for the life of me find a setting to adjust this.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
