blog title not showing up

  blog title is not showing up-help:)

  Be sure you have your Blog Title entered here > Settings > General
  then go here > Appearance > Header
  select this:
  Header Text
  __ Show header text with your image.

  I’m using the Neo-Sapien theme. I addded the “site title and tagline” in the theme section where I uploaded the photo I wanted to use. It shows up there, but not on the blog page. Any help is appreciated.

  Neo-Sapien doesn’t display the blog title. You must create a new version of your header image with the blog title on it.
