Blog title on Banana Smoothie

    I have changed my blog’s theme to banana smoothie. I really like it but the blog title Crystal Cooks appears in really small letters. You hardly notice it in the heading, and it now looks as if my blog is called Banana Smoothie.

    I can’t seem to find any way to change this. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.

    Unfortunately, I believe that’s coded into the theme and not modifyable. Have you tried adding a Tagline under Settings->General? It might have more visibility.

    Banana Smoothie is one of the older themes, and they tend not to be very adaptable. You might be happier in the long run with one of the newer ones with a lot of white and a big, customizable header. Then you can upload your own food photos for the blog.

    You could change it if you had CSS editing experience and the paid CSS upgrade. That is the only way.

    Thanks for the quick responses, raincoaster and thesacredpath. I tried adding a tagline, but it doesn’t appear at all. I am quite new to blogging so won’t worry with CSS, will just try out other themes.

    I appreciate the feedback, even if I can’t change it at least I now know that there is not some simple step that I missed.
