Blog Title vs Blog Name

  From what I read it seems important to have the ones title of a particular post be the main priority rather than having one’s blog title be the priority. It help’s one rank better in search engines, correct?

  So it would be great if we had that option. I know I have that option if I switch over to wordpress.org but it would be a nice feature for us .com bloggers.
