Blog to book – including pages

  I am interested in taking my blog and turning it from the blog into a printed book. I looked at a few sites and they all seem to include the posts. what I really want to print are the pages. do you know of any service that does this?

  Pages are for static content that rarely if ever changes. They site outside the blog structure and I don’t have any suggestion for a service that includes them.
