  How can I transfer my wordpress blog to a wordpress website so I can access all the plugins?

  This is wordpress.COM support where we provide support only for sites hosted by wordpress.COM. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

  I am currently using wordpress.com, but because I set up a blog instead of a website I cannot access plugins in the Dashboard. I need to be able to access plugins. Can you help me do this?
