I need a blog ‘Resolving Building Defects’ to be transferred on an urgent basis to another user, Chris Kerin. His email is: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
Please send all correspondence regarding this to that email address. I have spoken to the user and consent to the transfer. In terms of charging premium products, please liaise with him.

Please ask the other user to post here to confirm that he wishes to have the blog transferred to his account. That will also allow us to confirm that we are transferring it to the proper user.
Do you wish for the upgrades to be transferred to him as well, including the domain? If so, he should indicate that he wishes to accept those upgrades as well.
