  I recently changed my blog over to Wix.com. I transferred my domain from wordpress over to Wix. But when I Google my blog ‘Journey of a Widowed Diva’ my wordpress website is still showing up. How do I remove this? Also, can I keep my former wordpress blog? It is still there but I must have changed some settings and I can no longer see it!!! Please advise. Thanks

  Google, Yahoo, and other search engines refresh their info every few weeks to make sure users aren’t going to old pages. Within six to eight weeks, your WordPress site will no longer show up in search results.
