Blog transfer larger than 15mb

  I have not started the transfer and still trying to decide whether to do a transfer of a 6 yr old blog to the free version of WordPress. I notice this link to contact you if my blog was larger than 15mb. My file is 18.5mb.

  What do I need to do different outside of the normal transfer process.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The statement that was added automatically is not correct. I do not need help with that blog listed. That is my other WordPress blog, not the one in question.
