Blog transfer not working

I have gone to the Transfer Blog tool in Dashboard, logged into my email and clicked the link to confirm. The blog is still appearing on my user area though and hasn’t transferred at all.
NB: I own the account I am transferring from and also the account I am transferring to.

The authors have deleted this blog.Perhaps you do not understand the export/import instructions. The way content form one wordpress.com blog to another wordpress.com blog by exporting the file from the first blog to your desktop and then importing it into the second site.
