blog transfer/delete

  I created this blog for a friend whose wordpress username is pokuah..
  I am unable to transfer it even though i have confirmed the transfer via my email about two weeks ago.
  Now i want to delete it entirely so i can re-create it with her username. However, it seems we risk losing the blog name diktaskreations. Could you help out?… We want pokuah to be the blog owner with buduson (who currently owns it) an administrator. Thanks

  If you delete it, you will be unable to recreate or reuse it, ever, under any circumstances. So do not delete it.

  The current admin must Invite the next person to be an Admin. That’s under Dashboard->Users.
