Blog transferred to wrong account

Hi! I accidentally transferred one of my blogs to an account that isn’t actually mine, and I want it back!
I have two WordPress accounts. The first is my personal account (boooochh) and it is through wordpress.com. The second (jbuccini) is through The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which collaborates with WordPress to create student websites. I did not know these were two different WordPresses.
I created a blog on my personal account (boooochh) called http://www.usatoecuador.wordpress.com. I wanted to transfer it to my school account. I entered “jbuccini” as the recipient because that’s my university login name, entered, and confirmed the transfer. When I logged into my WordPress account through my school website, my blog wasn’t on there. Instead, it went to someone named “jbuccini,” who was registered under wordpress.com.
Is there any way I could have my blog transferred back to “boooochh”? There is a picture of me and information about myself that I don’t want to share with this stranger. I hope my request is clear, it is kind of confusing that my school WordPress isn’t the same as the actual WordPress. Please help me get my blog back!

I also submitted a recovery request to staff a few minutes ago. I figured posting on the forum might be quicker!

Is there a specific amount of time I have to wait before I receive help? It seems like staff members are commenting on almost every other thread except for mine.
