Blog unable to load on mobile device
-
When I attempt to load my blog on my iPhone, Safari can not open the page as the server cannoy be found. When I try to access my blog via the WordPress app I get the message ‘Server with specified hostname could not be found’. I don’t seem to have any issues on the iPad though.

Hi there!
You have two WordPress.com sites under your user account – can you let me know which site you’re having trouble with? I’ll be better able to help once I have that information.
Thanks!

I can no longer get my page to load on PC, whereas I have always had access since creating the domain

My original address is peandhealthbyashlea.wordpress.com and it seems to work fine now that I have made this the primary domain again. Is there a way I can transfer the blofg to the domain healthybodies-happyminds.com without having issues or should I cancel the domain?

You already have the domain mapping and everything set up correctly to use healthybodies-happyminds.com on your peandhealthbyashlea.wordpress.com site.
Since you purchased this domain less than 48 hours ago, it typically takes that long for the DNS properties to fully update across the web, which would explain the “site not found” errors. Please change your primary domain back to healthybodies-happyminds.com and see if that works for you now.
Let me know if you have any questions!

I have made healthybodies-happyminds.com the primary blog again. Sometimes it will load and then it won’t, so not sure what the issue is. I don’t have an issue loading it on the wordpress domain.

If it loads sometimes, but not always, it would be tied to your mobile browser settings and not anything on WordPress.com. So, I’ll have you try a few things.
Try clearing your cache and cookies in mobile Safari to see if that clears it up. To clear the Safari cache on your iOS device:
1. Navigate to Settings -> Safari
2. Scroll down and touch Clear Cache.
3. Tap the Clear Cache button.Your Safari cookies can also be cleared using the same settings menu.
Check to see if third party cookies are enabled in Safari. Under Safari’s settings, select “Accept Cookies”, in the cookie settings select “From visited”.
With all these changes, you’ll need to restart Safari for the new settings to take effect. To restart Safari, press the Home button again, and select the Safari icon to open Safari. Once Safari has opened, press the Home button again, this time holding it for a few seconds, until the Home screen reappears. Select the Safari icon again to reopen Safari.
I hope that helps!
