blog upgrade – invoice

    Hi, a week ago I asked for a change of the credit card number that I had in my account and an invoice for the upgrade to Premium (that by then was in a trial period) I received an email with a link to make the payment ( I am copying the email after this message)
    I made the payment tonight and the page said that it was OK however I did not receive any invoice / confirmation through email and I am in https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades appears as if the upgrade had expired when the trial period ended…
    Can you help me with this??

    I got the receipt. Still waiting to see if the blog is effectively upgraded.

    With a manual payment like that, the processing of the upgrade is manual as well. Mo will be processing it shortly and will respond to you via a reply to the original support thread once it is complete.
