What address are you keying in to which search bar?
http://goldennotesdj.wordpress.com/ is an empty blog.

I went to google and keyed in the url http://goldennotesdj.wordpress.com just to test if it would bring me to the site. I’m less than a greenhorn about this. It’s an empty blog? I’m not sure what that means. Does that mean if the blog is empty that keying in the url won’t bring me to the site? What must I do to make it not empty? I thought that once it was activated from all the setup that the site could be accessed from the google search.

An empty blog means you havent posted any content, therefore there is no reason why Google would add your site into its search results, if youve just created your blog it takes awhile for search engines to catelogue it.
