  My Blog name/url doesn’t seem to be updating even though I have changed it in the settings. I have logged out and back in and typed my new url into the browser and it says that it doesn’t exist.
  Any help would be appreciated.

  We require specifics as we cannot help when faced with vagueness. What was the original URL?
  What is the URL that you changed it to?
  Did you follow this guide?
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  laughingfromwithin.wordpress.com doesn’t exist
  Do you want to register laughingfromwithin.wordpress.com?

  http://laughplayshare.wordpress.com/ is an active blog with a 404 front page error message. By default the front page of your blog displays all posts. The 404 (page not found) error message on the front page of the blog appeared because the Admin of the blog deleted the placeholder Hello World post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/not-found/ As soon as you publish a post, not a page it will disappear.   I’m sorry…I presumed my blog name would come up. I am aware of the differences of posts and pages, I just don’t want them all published at the moment.
  Yes I would like the blog name laughingfromwithin.wordpress.com but without creating a new blog, just to update my current/ old one: laughplayshare.com
  Less vague?
