  is there any way to change my blog url name? if not, how do I close this account so I can make a new one since I messed up.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Assalam O Alaikum!
  You can change the URL of your blog. See this
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  If you don’t like the content of the blog you can empty blog of all content without deleting the blog and start it again.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  Once you delete or change the address of your blog, you’ll never be able to claim or register your blog again.
